CV: She graduated in mathematics from the Faculty of Science and Mathematics of the University of Zagreb, and in 2001 she completed additional actuarial education organized by the Faculty and Institute of Actuaries, London, the Mathematical Department of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and the Croatian Actuarial Society, and obtained the status of authorized actuary. Since the beginning of her business career, she has worked mostly in the domain of life insurance and bancassurance, first at Allianz Zagreb, where she moved from the position of Director of the Life Insurance Sector in 2005 to the position of President of the Management Board of the newly founded Erste Insurance, which she successfully led until 2018, when Erste Insurance merged with Wiener Insurance VIG. From then until October 2019, she is a member of the Management Board of Wiener osiguranje. Since November 2020, in cooperation with the Czech consulting firm Tools4F, he has been providing actuarial consultations to insurers in Croatia and abroad. Over the years, she held additional positions such as the president of the Association of Insurers at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Board of the Croatian Actuarial Society, and since 2014 she has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the Croatian Actuarial Society. |

CV: Lukas is in Aons Impact Forecasting more than 10 years. His general expertise is in meteorology, numerical weather modelling and particle dispersion modelling. As a Catastrophe model developer within Impact Forecasting, Lukas leads weather risk team modelling team in Prague and is involved in the European hail and windstorm projects, and South Africa hail. As a meteorologist his main domain is in atmospheric hazards. Before joining Aon, Lukas worked for two years for MicroStep-MIS as an expert for meteorology with main duties as a meteorological advisory, weather model developer and aviation weather products trainer. He was also involved in particle dispersion modelling of volcanic and pollution events. Lukas started his career working for the Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute as a weather forecaster. |

CV: Marijan Ćurković graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1966. He obtained his Master’s degree in 1979 and PhD in 1984. He has been working in the insurance industry since 1967 (Osiguravajući zavod Beograd, Croatia osiguranje, Euroherc osiguranje and again Croatia osiguranje). During that time he gained experience in all phases of professional practical training, from counter salesman, liquidation of damages, service manager, to CEO of Croatia osiguranje in his mandate from 2000 to 2004. He is the founder and president of 18 years of the Croatian Insurance Bureau. Besides constant practical work in insurance he deals with theoretical issues of insurance law. He began to publish his works in 1977 in various professional journals in Croatia and abroad. He has written a dozen books in the field of insurance law (about international motor vehicle insurance card, compulsory insurance, life insurance, personal insurance, brokerage and insurance agency, etc.) and more than 200 scientific articles. He has been editor of Insurance (Osiguranje) magazine for many years. He actively participates in national and international professional meetings and conferences. As an associate professor, he is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb. |

CV: Mr. Garassy leads the team of experts for risk engineering, insurance, and reinsurance solutions at Intermap Technologies, located in Prague, Czechia. In the last 17 years, he and his team have been providing multiple insurance companies in the Central and Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, Latin America and the United States with risk assessment applications, flood hazard maps, geocoding solutions, and other analytical tools and maps for underwriters, risk engineers, actuaries, claims adjusters and reinsurance specialists. He holds master’s degrees in nuclear physics and environmental engineering and in social geography and demography, and a bachelor’s degree in electro-material science. |

She has been working as an actuary for the insurance company “Russky mir” in Russia. In 2005 she obtained an MBA degree in International Management from Pforzheim business school in Germany. Since 2005 Maria has been working as a reinsurance broker for Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions in Prague, Czech Republic. Since 2013 she has been member of Aon’s Re management in Central and Eastern Europe, heading the company’s business on the markets of Russia and Western Balkan. |

Safet Kozarević |
CV: Mr. Safet Kozarević is a Doctor of Science and a full professor at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tuzla in the narrow scientific field of Quantitative Economics. His teaching activities, mentoring of doctoral and master's theses, six authored and co-authored books and numerous scientific and professional works and projects are focused on the field of risk management and insurance, actuarial and business decision-making. He is a member of several professional and academic associations, as well as the editors of several magazines. He is an authorized actuary for the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. During more than twenty years of professional experience in the insurance sector of BiH, he also worked as a financial director and a member of the Board of Directors of the Insurance Agency in BiH. |

CV: Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarajevo. She also defended her master's thesis on the topic of the impact of the application of the Balanced Scorecard concept on the quality of the insurance company's operations at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Sarajevo, where she is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association. She started her work at UNIQA Osiguranje in the Personal Insurance Sector, and currently holds the position of Director of Business Transformation and OPEX for the region of Southeast Europe. The first major project she led was the development of health insurance products and the creation of prerequisites for UNIQA Insurance to enter this market in 2009. During her career, she managed several international and local projects thanks to which she acquired special skills in the areas of planning and development of business strategies as well as consulting in the domain of organizational management. Her specialism is business transformation and restructuring, IT development and innovation, as well as process and project management. |

Nataša Marjanović |
CV: Mrs. Nataša Marjanović graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Belgrade, after which she began a successful business career. He joined Generala in 2006 as the first portfolio manager of the first voluntary pension fund in Serbia. He has been a member of the Executive Committee of Generali Osiguranja Srbija since 2012, and since 2016 he has been a member of the company's Executive Committee, in charge of asset management and financial transactions. She is responsible for the joint-stock company for the management of the voluntary pension fund Generali, Belgrade, whose work she coordinates. Since 2021, he has also been the Chief Investment Officer. In the same year, he became Chief Distribution Officer. She is responsible for the overall distribution of Generali Osiguranja Srbija and the coordination of the work of the Internal Sales Department, the External Sales Department and the Corporate Clients Department. |

ŽIVOTOPIS: Vesna Minić Pavlović graduated in 2004 from the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Belgrade. She started her career as a system integrator in the field of CRM solutions, working on projects for large domestic and European companies. Arriving at Generali osiguranje Srbija in early 2007, she led projects in the field of DWH database development. She managed the project of introducing the Jedro Health Center information system, developed by the IT team of Generali osiguranje. Since 2012, she has held the position of deputy director of the Directorate for IT with a focus on improving the quality of the Directorate's work, setting standards in the field of application development and implementing advanced solutions in the field of insurance. He is currently engaged in the digitization and automation of the company's business processes using the power of information technology. He works as the director of the Digital Transformation Support Service. He is a member of the Association of Business Analysts of Serbia (IIBA chapter Serbia). |

CV: Graduated in law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Sarajevo in 2005. Gained work experience in insurance companies and law offices, namely: Lido-osiguranje d.d. Sarajevo, Advocacy Office Eterović Sarajevo and Triglav Osiguranje d.d. Sarajevo, Company Headquarters, Damages and Recourse Sector. In Triglav Osiguranj d.d. performed the duties of an independent professional associate for legal affairs, Claims and Recourse Sector, in the period from May 2010, head of the Department for Legal Claims and Recourses from April 2011, and since April 2015, he is the director of the Sarajevo Claims Center, where he works and today. As a representative of Triglav Osiguranja d.d. was engaged in commissions and committees in insurance institutions in BiH: member of the Commission for Review and Settlement of Claims of the Protection Fund of FBiH, Commission for Settlement of Claims of the BiH Green Card Bureau, member of the Court of Honor at the Association of Insurers of BiH and member of the Board of Directors of the Protection Fund of FBiH since June 2017. until December 2020, as well as the representative of the Company at the sessions of the FBiH Protection Fund Assembly. As an author and co-author, he presented papers at the 15th and 16th Scientific-Professional Conference with international participation on the topic of traffic accidents, Zlatibor, Republic of Serbia, and this year he is also a member of the program committee. |

Branko Pavlović |
CV: He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, and specialized in actuarial science and received his doctorate from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade. He obtained the prestigious license of the National Bank of Serbia as an authorized actuary in 2008. He started his career at Generali osiguranje Srbija in 2000 and became a member of the Executive Board in 2007. He is currently a member of the Executive Board of Globos osiguranje. In addition to his regular business activities, he has been the president of the Association of Actuaries of Serbia since 2012, a member of the Council of the International Association of Actuaries and a court expert in actuarial matters. In the meantime, he was also the chairman of the Board of Directors of the "Jedro" Health Center in Belgrade, the executive director of the Generali Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company. Zorana Pejčić
|
CV: Zorana Pejčić has been part of the insurance industry for over 25 years. She started her professional career at Delta Generali Insurance/Delta Re in 1998, followed by many years of successful management of insurance and reinsurance operations. For the last ten years, he has been the President of IO Dunava Re, which today is the largest reinsurer in the Republic of Serbia and the third reinsurer in the region of the former Yugoslavia. As Chief Sustainability Officer, she is fully dedicated to the development of sustainability in the insurance sector. Since July 2023, he has been the President of SorS Academy, the first CEE educational center for insurance, reinsurance, mediation in insurance and reinsurance, and risk management in insurance and reinsurance. In May 2024, as part of the regional manifestation of the selection of the best women managers, leaders and entrepreneurs from the region of the former Yugoslavia, Marily Business Forum, she was awarded the "Woman Leader" award. |

CV: Zlatan Filipović graduated from the Faculty of Law at Sarajevo University. He has worked in reinsurance business most of his 26-year-long career. He has been with Bosna RE from 1987 where he started at the position of Reinsurance Assistant, then Reinsurance Director and Reinsurance Executive Director and finally in October 2014 he was appointed Bosna RE CEO. He is a guest lecturer for the topics related to insurance business at the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo. In her thirty-year career she gained working experience in manufacturing companies, municipal administration, the Civil Service Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Between March 2008 and September 2017, she served as secretary of the Joint Commission for Human Rights of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina. She was appointed as Director of the Insurance Agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina on 30 August 2017. |

He continued his career in the Insurance company Vardar (today Triglav), where he had the position of a General Manager. He was nominated as a Director of the National Insurance Bureau of Republic of Macedonia in December 2013. At the same time, he is a visiting professor at the Faculty of Tourism and Insurance in Ohrid. Beside that, he was a president of the Association of Insurers at the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Macedonia. He took part, with his presentations, at a great number of home and international conferences and tribunes, dedicated to the field of Insurance. |

CV: Born on 11/16/1963 in Mostar. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade in 1987. He has been active in the insurance industry since 1992. After valuable experience gained in various insurance companies, since 2003 he has had the opportunity to apply his knowledge in various sectors in the subsidiaries Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) in Serbia, Wiener Städtische osiguranje and Wiener Re. From the very beginning in June 2003, he started as a property insurance manager. From 2004 to December 2008, he held the position of Director of the Non-Life Insurance Sector. After the establishment of Wiener Re (VIG's subsidiary reinsurance company in Serbia), he took over the position of General Manager of that company. After three and a half years of successful reinsurance business, he returned to Wiener Städtische osiguranje to the position of a member of the Executive Board, responsible for complete sales, and since 27.12.2015 he has been the President of the Executive Board of the company. During his work, he attended numerous trainings with the aim of professional and personal training, primarily in the field of senior management, as well as education in various fields of insurance. He is a member of the Insurance Law Association of Serbia and the publishing council of the Journal of Insurance Theory and Practice. |

He began to publish his works in 1977 in various professional journals in Croatia and abroad. Since 1976 Mr Cotar has been employed at Zavarovalnica Maribor, initially as a senior independent clerk for the processing of claims in the sector of transport and credit insurance, and then as head of the section for the valuation and liquidation of transport and credit insurance, and as Assistant Director of the insurance department. Mr. Sc. Uroš Ivanc He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. In 2000 he completed the MBA program, which includes M.A. degree in management and organization. In the same year he finished third exam and became a CFA charterholder. In 2007 he obtained a portfolio manager license from the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia. Before joining Triglav, he worked as a junior financial consultant in cardboard packaging company GEP Kartonaža in Murska Sobota. In Triglav he first worked as equity research analyst and later as a portfolio manager for Triglav's Slovenian pension fund. Early in 2004 he took over the management of the corporate finance department, where he worked on several Triglav's acquisitions. Since December 2005 he is the Executive Director of Finance in Zavarovalnica Triglav. Through his time with Triglav he has assumed several supervisory and board of directors memberships in Triglav Group companies. He is a supervisory board member of NLB, Ltd. and a president of the Slovenian emerging CFA Society. |
Hrvoje Odak Hrvoje Odak graduated in journalism from the Croatian Studies, University of Zagreb, and enrolled in graduate studies "Managing marketing communications" at the Zagreb Faculty of Economics. He received the degree in Agile Management 3.0 in 2013. He was employed as a freelance journalist in Slobodna Dalmacija, from June 1999 since 2000. He has worked as an editor on the portal Index.hr and also operated several smaller Internet portals. He started his career at Croatia osiguranje in 2004 in the Department of Corporate Communications. From 2008 to 2010 he leads the Department for external communication after which he came to the position of Director of the Corporate Communications. Since 2013 he works as a Head of Department of Marketing and Corporate Communications. He is an active member of the CPRA and a frequent guest speaker at various marketing and communication conferences in the region. |
Prof. Dr. Sc. Marijan Ćurković Marijan Ćurković has graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1966. He obtained his Master degree in 1979 and PhD in 1984. He has been working in the insurance industry since 1967 (Osiguravajući zavod Beograd, Croatia osiguranje, Euroherc osiguranje and again Croatia osiguranje). During that time he gained experience in all phases of professional practical training, from counter salesman, liquidation of damages, manager of services, to CEO of Croatia osiguranje in his mandate from 2000 –to 2004. He is the founder and was for 18 years the president of the Croatian Insurance Bureau, which he has led to all integration of the international green card system of motor insurance. With constant practice work in insurance he deals with the theoretical issues of insurance law. He began to publish works in 1977 in various professional journals in Croatia and abroad. He has written a dozen of books in the field of insurance law (about international motor vehicle insurance card, compulsory insurance, life insurance, personal insurance, brokerage and insurance agency) and more than 200 scientific articles. He has been editor of Insurance (Osiguranje) magazine for many years. He actively participates in national and international professional meetings and conferences. As an associate professor, he is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb. |

Suzana Šakotić, BS in Economics Graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Mostar in 1998. She began her professional experience in humanitarian organizations and non-governmental sector. She worked for the Red Cross Federation and the department of finance as a finance associate. Then she worked in the Red Cross of BiH as a coordinator of various programs. Since March 2011 she has been employed by the Insurance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as a senior associate for finance and actuarial activities. |
Boris Šaban, MS Boris Saban was born on July 21, 1970 in Podgorica (former Titograd), Montenegro. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica in December 1995 and obtained his Master’s degree at the University of North London, London UK in April 2002 and became Master of Business Administration (MBA). B.Šaban attended numerous trainings for insurance and re-insurance of which the most important are the following: June 2004 International Aviation Course, London, organized by Insurance Broker Company Willis Aerospace, London UK June 2002, Seminar in Insurance for South East Europe, St John’s University New York, NY, USA organized by United States Department of Commerce. Since April 2007 he has been employed at the National Bureau of Montenegrin Insurers as an Executive Director. In the period from February 1996 to April 2007 he had worked for Lovcen insurance Company Ltd in Podgorica and also for Lovcen-RE Ltd Podgorica dealing with re-insurance of Transport and Aviation. In the period from 1998 -2001 Boris had lived in London where he worked for and attended trainings by Insurance broker Company Kininmonth Lambert- Lambert Fenchurch, which later became Heath Lambert upon emerging of two companies. |
Hrvoje Pauković, MS
He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Rijeka, where he earned his Master’s degree in Law at the postgraduate studies “Law of International Trade, Transport and Insurance”. His first work was an attorney assistant, after which he moved to Croatia osiguranje (2001 - 2007) where he later became Director of Legal, Personnel and General Affairs. From there, he was elected for the director of the Croatian Insurance Bureau, where he works today. He passed the judicial exam, gained the qualification of an authorized intermediary in trade securities - broker, and also completed the training in the field of insurance at the School of Insurance, St. John’s University in New York. He is a lecturer of civil rights at University of Applied Health Studies in Zagreb and associate at the Faculty of Law in Rijeka. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the European Federation of Insurers and Reinsurers (CEA). He is a member of the Working Group for implementation and monitoring of the national road safety program and the Working Group at the Ministry of Finance for the new Insurance law, etc.

Klime Poposki, PhD Mr. Klime Poposki joined the Insurance Supervision Agency (ASO) in 2009 as the President of the Council of Experts of the Insurance Supervisions Agency and currently manages and represents the Agency in relations with third persons. He has completed his education at the Faculty of Economics, University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius”, Skopje, obtaining the Ph.D. in 2006. Mr. Poposki started his career in 1995 in a commercial bank. Since 1999 he joined the University of “St. Clement of Ohrid” Bitola, in the Insurance Studies Department. In 2012 he was elected associate professor. During his affluent professional career he has attended numerous seminars, trainings, and conferences in the country and abroad, and has also participated in numerous projects as consultant, trainer, and expert in the area of financial management, risk management and insurance. Of his numerous study visits the following may be noted: Post-doctoral research in 2008 at the School of Business and Economics, Humbolt University Berlin, Germany; A study visit with USAID scholarship at Georgetown University, Washington, USA in the period 2004-2005; and financial accounting, management accounting, and financial reporting training in June 2000 at Nottingham Trent University – Business School, Nottingham, UK. In the field of scientific research work he has given his contribution through 30 published research papers, and subject of his personal interest are areas such as: risk management, insurance and economic development, and financial markets and institutions. |
Mateja Lamovšek, BS in Economics She graduated on Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. Since then she’s been working in Slovenian Insurance Association on the field of property and transport insurance as well as on the field of finance, accounting, tax, risk management. At the moment she’s also involved in statistics and analysis. |
Vladan Manić, BS in Economics Vladan Manić is the Secretary General of the Association of Serbian Insurers (ASI) as of April, 2011. He is a Deputy Chairman of the Expert Working Group of the Serbian government for the improvement of traffic insurance system, member of the Working Group of the Serbian government for implementation of the Catastrophe Risk Insurance Facility project, as well as a member of the Expert negotiating team for dialogue with temporary institutions of self-government in Pristina within the Implementation Group in the area of “freedom of movement”. Before assuming the post of Secretary General of the ASI, Mr. Manic was the advisor to the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Serbia and the coordinator of the Financial System Department. He is the author of numerous laws in the financial system. The Government has appointed Mr. Manic as a Head of the Serbian delegation for negotiations with the World Bank on guarantees for borrowing, as well as a member of the Serbian delegation for negotiations on the Catastrophe Risk Insurance Facility project. The Minister of Finance has appointed Mr. Manic as a member of the Commission for Coordination of negotiations on joining the World Trade Organization, and a member of the Supervisory Board for the project management of banks lending to small-and medium-sized enterprises from the credit line of the Italian Government. Following the decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia he was appointed as Vice Chairman of Financial Services Subgroup of the Expert Working Group of the Coordinating Body for the EU accession process. During his work in the state institutions, he held the position of senior adviser in the National Bank of Serbia and the Head of a Department within the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Serbia. He has a wealth of experience in the banking sector. He was a member of the Executive Board of Marfin Bank, Executive Director at Vojvođanska and Societe Generale Bank, and also a member of the Managing Board of JUBMES Bank. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the Department of Business Finance and Accounting, he is the holder of a chartered accountant and auditor ranks, has passed the professional exam for government officials. On several occasions he took part in training schemes abroad on the topics of financial system supervision, deposit insurance, financial crisis management, micro-credit institutions and the implementation of EU Directives in the financial field. |
Stanislav Vrtunski, MBA In May 2012 he became Member of the Management Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav – the largest insurance company in Slovenia, where he had previously worked as an Executive Head of Non-Life Insurance Claims Division. After having graduated in mechanical engineering, he went to Paris in 1996 where he completed his MBA Copernic programme of Paris grandes écoles the following year. In 1997, he started his career as an auditor with Mazars in France. In 2001 he finished his post-graduate study of actuarial science at the Centre d´études actuarielles. Before coming to Slovenia, he held the position of the Chief Executive Officer of the French insurance company La Parisienne Assurances for six years. He was born in Novi Sad 40 years ago. Presently he is a member of two professional organisations: Slovenian Association of Actuaries – Member and the French Association of Young Insurance Professionals. |
Damir Zorić, PhD Born in 1960, Damir Zorić graduated and received his PhD at the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb, where he worked until 1991. After that he held various high positions in public administration. He has been working in insurance since 2002. As of 2005 he is a Member of the Board at Sunce insurance Zagreb, and as of 2009 – Head of the Board. D.Zorić is a Member of the Board of Directors of SorS and Head of the Board of Directors of the Croatian Insurance Bureau. |
Pavel Gojkovič, BS in Mathematics Pavel Gojkovič graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering, University of Ljubljana. He started his professional career in insurance in Zavarovalnica Triglav, where he worked from 1992 till 2006. During that period he actively participated in product development as well as managed the sector of development and actuary of personal insurance from 1998 till 2005, when he took over the position of Executive Director for personal insurance. P.Gojkovič worked in NLB Vita life insurance as a Member of the Board from 2006 till 2011, upon which he worked in the Slovenian branch office of Allianz Hungaria insurance as a Director for life insurance. He has been with Pozavarovalnica Sava since April 2011, where he has been in charge of life insurance within the sector for strategic investment. |
