CV: Alice works as a Property Treaty Underwriter for Pan European Clients as well as the ESG Topic Lead, taking care of the ESG integration on the operative side. Before that Alice worked in Capital Management and Performance Controlling in the Group Controlling department of Munich Re. She is an expert in Underwriting as well as in Controlling and Performance Management. Additionally, Alice is a trained Business Coach. She has worked in these various fields within MunichRe for more than 15 years. By education, Alice holds an MBA with focus on Controlling and Management from the Ludwig-Maximilian-University of Munich. |

CV: Marijan Ćurković graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1966. He obtained his Master’s degree in 1979 and PhD in 1984. He has been working in the insurance industry since 1967 (Osiguravajući zavod Beograd, Croatia osiguranje, Euroherc osiguranje and again Croatia osiguranje). During that time he gained experience in all phases of professional practical training, from counter salesman, liquidation of damages, service manager, to CEO of Croatia osiguranje in his mandate from 2000 to 2004. He is the founder and president of 18 years of the Croatian Insurance Bureau. Besides constant practical work in insurance he deals with theoretical issues of insurance law. He began to publish his works in 1977 in various professional journals in Croatia and abroad. He has written a dozen books in the field of insurance law (about international motor vehicle insurance card, compulsory insurance, life insurance, personal insurance, brokerage and insurance agency, etc.) and more than 200 scientific articles. He has been editor of Insurance (Osiguranje) magazine for many years. He actively participates in national and international professional meetings and conferences. As an associate professor, he is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb. |

Since 2005 Maria has been working as a reinsurance broker for Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions in Prague, Czech Republic. Since 2013 she has been member of Aon’s Re management in Central and Eastern Europe, heading the company’s business on the markets of Russia and Western Balkan. |

CV: Mr. Safet Kozarević is a Doctor of Science and a full professor at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tuzla in the narrow scientific field of Quantitative Economics. His teaching activities, mentoring of doctoral and master's theses, six authored and co-authored books and numerous scientific and professional works and projects are focused on the field of risk management and insurance, actuarial and business decision-making. He is a member of several professional and academic associations, as well as the editors of several magazines. He is an authorized actuary for the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. During more than twenty years of professional experience in the insurance sector of BiH, he also worked as a financial director and a member of the Board of Directors of the Insurance Agency in BiH. |

CV: Mr. Bogdan Kuzmanović received his doctorate in 2005 at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, where he is employed as a full professor in the field of insurance, preventive engineering and risk management. He is also a full professor in the field of biotechnical sciences, specialized in risk management, at the EDUCONS University in Sremska Kamenica. He also held the position of general director of the company DDOR novi Sad during the period when the company had the most dynamic growth and the best results. In addition to working at the university, he is engaged in Transnafta AD as a general manager. He is the author and co-author of four textbooks, two monographs and more than 150 works in the field of organization, management, risk management and insurance. |

CV: Mrs. Nataša Marjanović graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Belgrade, after which she began a successful business career. He joined Generala in 2006 as the first portfolio manager of the first voluntary pension fund in Serbia. He has been a member of the Executive Committee of Generali Osiguranja Srbija since 2012, and since 2016 he has been a member of the company's Executive Committee, in charge of asset management and financial transactions. She is responsible for the joint-stock company for the management of the voluntary pension fund Generali, Belgrade, whose work she coordinates. Since 2021, he has also been the Chief Investment Officer. In the same year, he became Chief Distribution Officer. She is responsible for the overall distribution of Generali Osiguranja Srbija and the coordination of the work of the Internal Sales Department, the External Sales Department and the Corporate Clients Department. |

CV: Ms. Sanja Nikolić is the Director of Corporate Sales at Wiener Stadtische osiguranje a.d.o. Belgrade. Manages a team of more than 50 employees in 3 sectors of Corporate Sales - Sector for corporate insurance, Sector for cooperation with external partners (banks and leasing companies) and Sector for cooperation with strategic partners (insurance representatives). Designs and organizes the implementation of sales strategies, maintains the position of Corporate Sales as the dominant and most profitable sales channel. Actively participates in daily communication with important partners and in ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty of users of insurance services. |

CV: Mr. Igor Zorić is a doctor of economic sciences. He received his doctorate on the topic "Management of Solvency Risks of Insurance Companies". He is an authorized actuary, licensed by the National Bank of Serbia. He worked in high positions in various insurance companies in Serbia, as an insurance regulator and supervisor, and is currently the director of the Risk Management and Controlling Service (BI) in Triglav osiguranje a.d.o. Belgrade. He is a member of the Insurance Regulation Committee and the Subcommittee for Insurance Accounting Education in the International Association of Actuaries and the Professionalism Committee of the European Association of Actuaries." |

CV: Mr. Damir Zorić received his doctorate from the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Zagreb. He worked in various leading positions in the state administration, the Government, the Croatian Parliament, and the Pension Insurance Institute. Since 2005, he has been employed in insurance companies of the Agram Group as a member of the board, then since 2008. and the president of the management board of Euroherc osiguranje, and finally, a consultant in Agram - a European economic interest association. From 2008 to 2016, he was a member and president of the Board of Directors of the Croatian Insurance Office, and from 2020 to 2022, he was the chief director of the Croatian Association of Employers. He is a lecturer at several faculties in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is the editor-in-chief of the professional journal Osiguranje. |

Between March 2008 and September 2017, she served as secretary of the Joint Commission for Human Rights of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Mr. Trajce Latinovski began his career in 1982 in the Sales department of the insurance and reinsurance company Makedonija, where later he was appointed as a Deputy General Manager of the main branch office. He continued his career in the Insurance company Vardar (today Triglav), where he had the position of a General Manager. He was nominated as a Director of the National Insurance Bureau of Republic of Macedonia in December 2013. At the same time, he is a visiting professor at the Faculty of Tourism and Insurance in Ohrid. Beside that, he was a president of the Association of Insurers at the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Macedonia. He took part, with his presentations, at a great number of home and international conferences and tribunes, dedicated to the field of Insurance. |

In the period from 1998 - 2001 he worked for Insurance broker Company Kininmonth Lambert - Lambert Fenchurch (later became Heath Lambert). In the period from February 1996 to April 2007 he worked for Lovcen insurance Company Ltd in Podgorica and also for Lovcen RE Ltd Podgorica working at reinsurance of Transport and Aviation. Since April 2007 he is employed at the National Bureau of Montenegrin Insurers at the post of the Executive Director. He lives and works in Podgorica. He is married and has two children. |

CV: Born on 11/16/1963 in Mostar. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade in 1987. He has been active in the insurance industry since 1992. After valuable experience gained in various insurance companies, since 2003 he has had the opportunity to apply his knowledge in various sectors in the subsidiaries Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) in Serbia, Wiener Städtische osiguranje and Wiener Re. From the very beginning in June 2003, he started as a property insurance manager. From 2004 to December 2008, he held the position of Director of the Non-Life Insurance Sector. After the establishment of Wiener Re (VIG's subsidiary reinsurance company in Serbia), he took over the position of General Manager of that company. After three and a half years of successful reinsurance business, he returned to Wiener Städtische osiguranje to the position of a member of the Executive Board, responsible for complete sales, and since 27.12.2015 he has been the President of the Executive Board of the company. During his work, he attended numerous trainings with the aim of professional and personal training, primarily in the field of senior management, as well as education in various fields of insurance. He is a member of the Insurance Law Association of Serbia and the publishing council of the Journal of Insurance Theory and Practice. |

CV: Duško Jovanović is Secretary General of the Association of Serbian Insurers. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics with major in Economic Policy and Planning in 1980. His career path started in 1983 at the National Bank of Serbia − the Institute for Manufacturing Banknotes and Coins (NBS ZIN) where he first worked as an investment officer. In 1989, he was appointed Financial Manager of NBS ZIN. In 1995 he was appointed Deputy General Manager of NBS ZIN (managing position with special authorizations and responsibility) by the then Governor, Dragoslav Avramović. In 2000, he was appointed CEO of NBS ZIN. In 2003, he became General Manager of Polis JSC Insurance Organization, Belgrade. In 2008, Mr. Jovanović assumed the position of the President of the Board of Directors in Sava osiguranje from Belgrade. Since 2012, he has been General Manager of Sava osiguranje. He is Secretary General of the Association of Serbian Insurers since October 2015. |

CV: Đorđe Vojnović was born in Skopje on April 8, 1971. From the earliest times he shows interest in sports, especially basketball. As a professional basketball player, he joined the Macedonian national team in 1991. At the same time, Vojnović graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, and in 2007 acquired his MBA at the City College Sheffield University in Thessaloniki, with a dissertation in marketing. During his career, he has gained broad knowledge in the field of management, assessment and analysis of business risks, marketing, sales and public relations. In addition to being a professional basketball player, Vojnović has held very important positions - he was Director of the Basketball Association of Macedonia, General Manager of MI-DA Motors Skopje and Board Member of Hypo Alpe-Adria-Leasing Skopje. In December 2012 he was appointed Director of Triglav Osiguruvanje AD Skopje and in July 2014 he transferred to Winner Life VIG Skopje as Chairman of the Board of Directors. In September 2015, Vojnović returns to the position of Chief Executive Officer at Triglav Osiguruvanje AD, Skopje. Through his engagement Vojnović supports companies in their aspirations for socially responsible business. Vojnović is a member of several organizations and institutes and is often a part of charitable and humanitarian actions. |

Since 2016 she has been employed in the National Bureau of Montenegro Insurers. At that time he was also President of the Motor Insurance Comitee at Slovenian Insurance Association. CV: Fikret Plevljak (1956) graduated mechanical engineering and has a Master’s degree in technical sciences. In his master’s thesis on the development of risk assessment methods in industrial production systems, he combined the theory and practice of engineering and insurance. He gained working experience in coal mines with underground exploitation and in the insurance industry. He went through all the positions in these to sectors – from engineer to the member of the Board and from estimator of damage, from insurance sales and branch managment to the development of new insurance products and insurance education at the level of company management. He was also led by the Bureau of Green Cards in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is currently in the field of controlling, education and developing new products. |

Daniel has worked across several markets including Germany, CEE, SEE, Russia, CIS, Greece, Turkey, MENA, Asia-Pacific and America. In addition to being mother tongue Slovenian, Daniel is a talented linguist proficient in English, Croatian and Serbian as well as having knowledge of French and German. |

He has been working in the insurance industry since 1967 (Osiguravajući zavod Beograd, Croatia osiguranje, Euroherc osiguranje and again Croatia osiguranje). During that time he gained experience in all phases of professional practical training, from counter salesman, liquidation of damages, service manager, to CEO of Croatia osiguranje in his mandate from 2000 to 2004. He is the founder and president of 18 years of the Croatian Insurance Bureau, which he led to all integrations of the international green card system of motor insurance. Besides constant practical work in insurance he deals with theoretical issues of insurance law. He began to publish his works in 1977 in various professional journals in Croatia and abroad. He has written a dozen of books in the field of insurance law (about international motor vehicle insurance card, compulsory insurance, life insurance, personal insurance, brokerage and insurance agency, etc.) and more than 200 scientific articles. He has been editor of Insurance (Osiguranje) magazine for many years. He actively participates in national and international professional meetings and conferences. CV: After graduating from the High Economic Commercial School in Maribor Drago Cotar dedicated his career almost entirely to the insurance industry. Since 1976 Mr Cotar has been employed at Zavarovalnica Maribor, initially as a senior independent clerk for the processing of claims in the sector of transport and credit insurance, and then as head of the section for the valuation and liquidation of transport and credit insurance, and as Assistant Director of the insurance department. In 1990 he became Director and in 1995 CEO of the company. At the end of 2013, Mr Cotar assumed the role of Director of the Slovenian Insurance Association until the end of May this year. Mr. Sc. Uroš Ivanc He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. In 2000 he completed the MBA program, which includes M.A. degree in management and organization. In the same year he finished third exam and became a CFA charterholder. In 2007 he obtained a portfolio manager license from the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia. Before joining Triglav, he worked as a junior financial consultant in cardboard packaging company GEP Kartonaža in Murska Sobota. In Triglav he first worked as equity research analyst and later as a portfolio manager for Triglav's Slovenian pension fund. Early in 2004 he took over the management of the corporate finance department, where he worked on several Triglav's acquisitions. Since December 2005 he is the Executive Director of Finance in Zavarovalnica Triglav. Klime Poposki, PhD Mr. Klime Poposki joined the Insurance Supervision Agency (ASO) in 2009 as the President of the Council of Experts of the Insurance Supervisions Agency and currently manages and represents the Agency in relations with third persons. He has completed his education at the Faculty of Economics, University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius”, Skopje, obtaining the Ph.D. in 2006. Mr. Poposki started his career in 1995 in a commercial bank. Since 1999 he joined the University of “St. Clement of Ohrid” Bitola, in the Insurance Studies Department. In 2012 he was elected associate professor. During his affluent professional career he has attended numerous seminars, trainings, and conferences in the country and abroad, and has also participated in numerous projects as consultant, trainer, and expert in the area of financial management, risk management and insurance. Vladan Manić, BS in Economics Vladan Manić is the Secretary General of the Association of Serbian Insurers (ASI) as of April, 2011. He is a Deputy Chairman of the Expert Working Group of the Serbian government for the improvement of traffic insurance system, member of the Working Group of the Serbian government for implementation of the Catastrophe Risk Insurance Facility project, as well as a member of the Expert negotiating team for dialogue with temporary institutions of self-government in Pristina within the Implementation Group in the area of “freedom of movement”. Before assuming the post of Secretary General of the ASI, Mr. Manic was the advisor to the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Serbia and the coordinator of the Financial System Department. He is the author of numerous laws in the financial system. The Government has appointed Mr. Manic as a Head of the Serbian delegation for negotiations with the World Bank on guarantees for borrowing, as well as a member of the Serbian delegation for negotiations on the Catastrophe Risk Insurance Facility project. The Minister of Finance has appointed Mr. Manic as a member of the Commission for Coordination of negotiations on joining the World Trade Organization, and a member of the Supervisory Board for the project management of banks lending to small-and medium-sized enterprises from the credit line of the Italian Government. Following the decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia he was appointed as Vice Chairman of Financial Services Subgroup of the Expert Working Group of the Coordinating Body for the EU accession process. During his work in the state institutions, he held the position of senior adviser in the National Bank of Serbia and the Head of a Department within the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Serbia. He has a wealth of experience in the banking sector. In 1997, he started his career as an auditor with Mazars in France. In 2001 he finished his post-graduate study of actuarial science at the Centre d´études actuarielles. Pavel Gojkovič, BS in Mathematics Pavel Gojkovič graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering, University of Ljubljana. He started his professional career in insurance in Zavarovalnica Triglav, where he worked from 1992 till 2006. B. sc. Aida Imamović She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo. From 1999 to April 2011 she worked in Triglav BH Insurance, where she was Head of the Department of Finance since 2007. She is currently employed at the Agency for Insurance in Bosnia and Herzegovina as a Manager of the Department of International Cooperation, Finance, Statistics and Actuarial. |

M. Sc. Boris Šaban He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica and became the Master of Business Administration at the University of North London in London. He finished the series of specialists courses in insurance and reinsurance. From 1998 to 2001 he worked for the brokerage house Kininmonth Lamert-Lambert Fenchurch (later Health Lambert) in London. From 1996 to 2007 he worked for Lovćen insurance. He is an Executive Director of the National Bureau of insurers of Montenegro since April 2007. |

M. Sc. Hrvoje Pauković
He graduated from the Faculty of Low in Rijeka, where he earned his Master degree in Law at the postgraduate studies "Law of International Trade, Transport and Insurance". His first work was an Attorney Assistant, after which he moved to Croatia osiguranje dd (2001 - 2007) where he later became Director of Legal, Personnel and General Affairs. From there, he was elected for the Director of the Croatian Insurance Bureau, where he works today. He passed the judical exam, gained the qualification of an authorized intermediary in trade securities - broker, and also completed the training in the field of insurance at the School of Insurance, St. John's University in New York. He is a Lecturer of Civil Rights at University of Applied Health Studies in Zagreb and Associate at the Faculty of Law in Rijeka. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the European Federation of Insurers and Reinsurers (CEA). He is a member of the Working Group for implementation and monitoring of the national road safety program and the Working Group at the Ministry of Finance for the new Insurance law, etc.

Tomaž Mancini In 1976, he obtained a diploma at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Ljubljana (geography-sociology). He worked 17 years in the State Administration as independent advisor at the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia and during the last 17 years ha has worked as the statistician at the Slovenian Insurance Association. |
